Hey there!

Hi, I’m Meg - a mom of two, island-raised foodie, and the heart behind Wholesyum.

I grew up on Vancouver Island, surrounded by nature and close to local farms. That’s where my love for simple, intentional living began - seeing how connection, care, and community shape the way we live, eat, and gather.

Now, as a parent, life is beautifully full (and sometimes a little hectic). Between kids, work, and everything in between, I’ve learned how important it is to slow down and create moments that truly matter - especially around the table. That’s really where Wholesyum began.

What started as a way to share wholesome, real food has grown into something more - a lifestyle built around connection, mindful living, and community. From pantry/freezer staples and simple guides, to collaborations with local makers, everything we create is meant to help you savour life’s everyday moments.

At Wholesyum, it all comes back to one thing: real food for life’s real moments.

My Story

When I became a parent, I wanted to make mealtime feel easy and meaningful again. Wholesyum grew from that - simple, nourishing food and tools that help bring back a little calm, connection, and joy to those busy days.
