Berry Beet Boost Frozen Yogurt

During my first pregnancy, my cravings for sweet treats especially ice cream were through the roof. Although I am a firm believer that all foods can be incorporated into a healthy diet, I am trying to be a bit more mindful of how I nourish my body and this recipe is a fantastic way to get that sweet craving but also get a boost of delicious fruits and veggies. This two item recipe took me less than 5 minutes to make, can be served right away or stored in the freezer up to a week for when the ice cream cravings hit. I do recommend letting it thaw out a bit before serving if storing in the freezer. P.S my kiddo absolutely loves it too... which let’s be real, is always a bonus 👌

Ingredients:

6-8 Wholesyum Berry Beet Boost Hearts

1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (plus a couple of tablespoons more as needed)

Instructions:

Pop everything into a blender and blend on high until smooth. That's it!

Note: If using a large blender this recipe works best double or tripled! Plain yogurt and sweetener alternatives can also be used.
