Strawberry-Beet Protein Smoothie Bowl by Dietitian, Ali from the Toddler Kitchen

Ingredients:

  • 1 Wholesyum Beet Puree heart

  • ½ banana

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • ½ lemon squeezed (fresh lemon)

  • ½ cup Greek Vanilla yogurt

  • 1 cup milk of choice (cow’s, oat, almond, soy)

Optional toppings:

  • Sliced banana

  • Berries

  • Granola

  • Hemp hearts

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. 

  2. Blend 30-40 seconds until smooth.

  3. Pour into a bowl and add toppings!
