Wholesyum Popsicles: Beet the Heat

Wholesyum Watermelon Beet Popsicle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 Wholesyum Beet Hearts

  • 1/2 cup chopped watermelon

  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt or dairy-free (optional)

  • A touch of honey or maple syrup, if desired

Instructions:

  1. Blitz it Up: Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Cool it Down: Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!

Note: Honey should not be used for babies under 1 year old. Other sweeteners, such as maple syrup, should be used instead.
